How will I know when my consignment has been delivered?
You will receive email notification of the recipient’s name and time of delivery. A PDF copy of the delivery note, POD (Proof of Delivery) can also be emailed shortly after obtaining a signature. SMS Text notifications up-on request.
Can I track my shipment?
Currently, you can call or email for instant updates on the status of your consignment. We will be working on sharing Live Tracking viewing for each booking shortly.
Is my SameDay Delivery Insured?
Yes, all SameDay goods are insured under our Goods in Transit Policy of up to £10,000. You will need to declare the value of your shipment. Any high value/ sensitive goods must be specified on booking.
Is my SameDay Courier Secure?

Do I need to package and label my SameDay shipment?
Unless the goods are sensitive or fragile, there’s not really any need for packaging. As previously stated, your consignment is treated with the utmost care and consideration transported on a dedicated vehicle.
How long will it take to your SameDay Courier to Deliver my Consignment?
Unlike our competitors, all our SameDay deliveries are Dedicated Vehicles for your goods only. We do not tranship your products; Our Courier Driver will collect and Deliver Direct, Non-Stop, No McDrive-Thrus. We use Google Maps as guidance for estimated delivery times. You will receive email notifications /updates of any unforeseen delays.
How Do I Pay?
We accept all major credit cards. Or you can Pay via Bank Transfer.
What will I be charged?
The price you’re Quoted is the Price You Pay (unless there’s excessive waiting time, see Ts & Cs) No hidden charges, fuel surcharge or a BP meal deal for the driver. Congestion and tolls are always costed within your quote.
How do I know which Vehicle is suitable for my shipment?
Please provide dimensions/weights of your goods. One of our experienced customer sales team will allocate accordingly.
I have an urgent courier delivery, how soon can your driver collect?
Typically within 1 hour of booking confirmation, usually less.
Can we open a Business account?
Yes, of course. We have hundreds of business clients across the U.K. Account customers have the advantages of supplementary rates, and 30 Days End of Month invoicing terms.
Do you only service your locations, or can I arrange a SameDay courier from elsewhere?
Same-day Couriers covering the whole of the U.K. We work in conjunction with trusted service partners Nationwide.
